Parental Consent for Photos

As part of our educational activities and outings during camp, your child may be photographed. These images are used for educational purposes and to share information about our camp activities.

Terms and Conditions & Things to Know

• Arrival and pick-up times: Arrival is between 8:30 and 8:55 (or 11:45 and 11:55 if your child is attending the afternoon session only). Pick-up is at 16:25 (or between 12:45 and 12:55 if your child attends the morning session only). Please be punctual for both drop-off and pick-up.
• Lunch and snacks are included. Please ensure that you have informed us above of any allergies or special dietary needs.
• No nap time: Please note that there is no nap time during camp.
• Toilet independence: To participate, children must be toilet independent and must already have some experience in childcare without parental presence, as no adaptation period is provided.
• Clothing and equipment: Children should come dressed appropriately for indoor and outdoor play, as well as for art activities. Please ensure they bring a clearly named water bottle.
• Health policy: We can only accept healthy children. If your child is unwell, please notify us and keep them at home.
• Missed classes: No refunds are given for missed sessions.
• Payment: Fees must be paid at the time of reservation. Your child will not be able to attend if payment has not been received.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance in writing (email is acceptable). In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Release of Liability

You certify that you are the parent or authorised legal guardian of the child named above, and in this capacity, you have the right to agree to the following:

Your child is in good health and able to participate in the program without your supervision or presence. Your child is covered by civil liability insurance, which includes coverage for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from, or connected to, participation in the drop-off program.

Medical Waiver and Release

If time and circumstances permit, every effort will be made to contact you in the event of an injury to your child. However, in certain situations, medical attention may be required before we are able to reach you. You hereby authorise us to consent to any medical care deemed necessary for your child on the advice of a doctor or emergency medical personnel. You voluntarily release, discharge, and waive any and all claims or causes of action against the Association “La Rimbambelle” and against the camp organizers and teachers personally.
